In 2021, we packed up our lives in San Diego and moved to Quito, Ecuador. We didn't fully understand why we felt so strongly about making the move, but it quickly became clear. We were here to create jobs.
We met countless talented English-speaking Ecuadorians who were educated, motivated, and simply underemployed or unemployed. That's when we launched ZConnect.
ZConnect is a company dedicated to helping U.S. businesses hire skilled, remote team members from Latin America — building high-performing teams without the overhead of traditional hiring. Every job we fill is a consistent, meaningful job for a professional in Latin America.
But our mission doesn't stop there. We also run a nonprofit foundation, Kovê International, where we organize large-scale service projects and support a Good Samaritan Fund that helps individuals transition from life on the streets to stability and hope.

Who founded ZConnect?
ZConnect was founded by Troy and Daphne Blanchard. After moving from San Diego to Quito, Ecuador in 2021, they met many talented, English-speaking professionals who were underemployed, and launched ZConnect to create consistent jobs for them.

ZConnect helps U.S. small and medium businesses hire vetted, English-speaking remote professionals from Latin America who work in U.S. time zones. We handle matching, onboarding, and ongoing support so each hire becomes a long-term part of your team.

ZConnect's U.S. office is in Vernal, Utah. Our professionals are based across Latin America and work alongside U.S. teams in real time.
