Our co-founders, Troy and Daphne, set on this course when they backpacked South America as newlyweds. 

They have been travelers and business owners ever since. Living and working abroad they struggle seeing talented people not able to use their skills due to where they live. 

After years of service projects, scholarship fund raising, and seeking better ways to help, they kept hearing over and over that what people really want is to put their skills and education to work.

And as business owners, they know how important building a talented team around you is to being able to scale your idea.

This led to the birth of ZConnect, where companies and people can grow together.
